Metal Specialists was founded in 1988 however, our founder has over 50 years experience in precision sheet metal. His experience is in all aspects of the business. Watching the industry change over the years has been very exciting. Machinery back in the 70’s was very basic. Punch presses even though they have been around a long time, were starting to get more and more automated. They developed machinery that had multiple stations and could move around the sheet of material. Brakes for bending parts have also developed and changed in many ways. Machinery and software continues to change and it is our job to stay on top of all the changes.

We have come a long way now with the addition of lasers to ensure accuracy and speed in cutting without the need for tooling. We are now able to produce parts that you our customers can imagine. We also have added in house powder coating.
